🧑 How many people can I stay with?

At ArdenParks Signy-l’Abbaye, you can rent a nature house in the Ardennes for up to 12 people. Ideal for multiple families or a family group. The accommodations are fully furnished so you will have everything you need.

Woinic, the biggest wild boar in the world

A 15-minute drive away you will find Woinic. At 10 meters high, 14 meters long and 5 meters wide, it is the largest wild boar in the world ! You can admire him in the parking lot on the highway of Saulces-Monclin-Faissault where he proudly marks the entrance to the Ardennes.

Lac des Vieilles Forges

In the heart of the French Ardennes, a 30-minute drive away, you'll find the Lac des Vieilles Forges reservoir. Surrounded by lush forests and vast meadows, this is a wonderful place for a relaxing day by the water. You can also enjoy great water activities such as canoeing, sailing and rowing.

The Place Ducale in Charleville-Mézières

Just a 35-minute drive from ArdenPark Signy L'Abbaye you will find the center of the French town of Charleville-Mézières . The Place Ducale is a beautiful and architecturally significant square that dates back to the 17th century. The historical buildings, cozy restaurants and the fountain as its centerpiece are truly a sight to behold!

The meandering Meuse at Monthermé

A visit to the Meuse River is a must during your holiday in the French Ardennes. The town of Monthermé is only a 40-minute drive from Signy L'Abbaye and is located in the curve of one of the most spectacular meanders of the Ardennes . The viewpoints La Roche à Sept Heures and La Longue Roche offer an amazing view over the valley and the Meuse.

With its 35,000 m², the Château de Sedan is one of the largest castles in Europe. This castle was built in the 15th century and is located in the middle of the city. The thick fortress walls, walkways and clever techniques that are featured take you back to the Middle Ages. The Château de Sedan is a 45-minute drive from our holiday park.

The Saint-Didier Church in Asfeld

The special design makes the Saint-Didier church so unique. The person responsible for the construction, Count of Avaux, wanted the building in the shape of a musical instrument and in the Baroque styl e. In 1685, the architect gave life to a church in the shape of a viola da gamba, richly decorated with domes, 138 pillars and columns, and colorful frescoes. The Saint-Didier church in Asfeld is a 42-minute drive from our holiday park.
